At RealAgro.in, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible and therefore follow a liberal cancellation policy. Please read the following carefully:
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.
- However, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, communicated to the vendor/merchant, or the shipping process has been initiated.
- RealAgro.in does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items.
(Note: Agrochemical products are generally not considered perishable, but exceptions may apply.) - Refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered was not satisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Items
- In case you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team.
- This should be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
- After verification by the merchant or manufacturer, appropriate action (replacement/refund) will be taken.
Product Mismatch
- If you feel that the product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The Customer Service Team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.
Products with Manufacturer Warranty
- For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service, replacement, or warranty claims.
Refunds
- In case of any refunds approved by RealAgro.in, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
